We know you're super excited to get your goodies! That's why our team at JD Printz works incredibly hard to get all orders out the door as soon as possible. As each item is custom made & printed in house, we aim to have all orders processed within 3 to 10 business days of order confirmation plus shipping time. If turnaround times are delayed during busy periods, please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the home page. Some materials used to make our products are sourced from overseas and may cause delays, you will be notified if this is the case.

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.
