  • We know you're super excited to get your goodies! That's why our team at JD Printz works incredibly hard to get all orders out the door as soon as possible. As each item is custom made & printed in house, we aim to have all orders processed within 3 to 10 business days of order confirmation plus shipping time. If turnaround times are delayed during busy periods, please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the home page. Some materials used to make our products are sourced from overseas and may cause delays, you will be notified if this is the case.

  • JD Printz ships from Rockhampton in Central Queensland, Australia.

  • If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional delivery fees may apply.

  • If you can have a little more patience and wait for another 5 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please email or call us.

  • If you weren’t home when the driver tried to deliver it, then you should find a calling card in your letterbox, which will let you know where you can collect it from. If you requested to have your order left at your home without a signature being required (sometimes known as Safe Drop), unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery of your order as you’ve specified that it was safe to leave unattended.

  • Currently shipping is only available within Australia.

  • Unfortunately, you can not cancel personalised orders once they have reached the print processing stage. All orders that are not personalised can be cancelled. Please read our Cancelation terms & conditions regarding fees & charges on cancellations.

  • We will email you a proof of the artwork before it is printed, please check that ALL information is correct before approving it. If you realise that something is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • Yes, we can do custom designs onto any of our products. Please contact us at admin@jdprintz.com.au to discuss how we can help you.

  • Here at JD Printz, we have a NO MINIMUM ORDER POLICY.

    We can print large quantities as well. Please contact us at admin@jdprintz.com.au to discuss pricing on large quantities.
