JD Printz Policies
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
By placing an order on this website it is taken that you accept the terms and conditions and other applicable law.. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Products are manually printed here at JD Prints, please expect minor imperfections ie: not all items will have the same image positioning/sizing although we do try our hardest. Print colours also may vary to those on your screen. Image/name position/placement may vary from those seen in pictures; these are for illustrative purposes only.
RETURNS / INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the event your order is incorrect, or items are found to be faulty, returns may be accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately at admin@jdprintz.com.au use incorrect order in the subject line. We will arrange to immediately replace incorrect/faulty items. For refunds and reprints, we may ask you to take a photo and/or send back the product to our team.
If you ever have a problem with any of our products, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help you.
CHANGE OF MIND
We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on personalised products.
If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation, we are happy to provide you with store credit once the item is returned to us, return freight is at the customer’s expense. The item must have a proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you. The item must also be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.
CANCELLATIONS
We cannot provide a refund or exchange on personalised products that have reached the print process. Postage is 100% refundable for orders which have not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, then no postage refund is applicable. For completed sent orders, no authorised return or refund will be paid until the order is returned and received at JD Printz in original unused condition. Payment processing fees will also be deducted on the total amounts. All returns must be authorised please contact us at admin@jdprintz.com.au
PRODUCTION TIMES
As each item is customised, we aim to have all orders processed within 3 to 10 business days of artwork confirmation. If turnaround times are delayed during busy periods, please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the home page. Some materials used to make our products are sourced from overseas and may cause delays. We will advise if this is applied to your order, please allow adequate shipping time.
SHIPPING
JD Printz currently only posts to locations within Australia. We use standard Australia Post (5-10 working days) unless otherwise specified by the customer.
JD Printz offers FREE shipping on orders over $250 to an Australian address only. Free shipping not available on wholesale orders. Free shipping applies to orders up to 5kg calculated weight. Free shipping is not available with other coupons or discounts. Some products excluded. Use the coupon code FREEPOST250 to claim the free shipping.
Shipping is calculated by weight and starts at $10 for parcels under 500g. To Australian addresses only. Free shipping cannot be applied once orders have been placed.
Local delivery or Customer Collect options are also available.
ADDRESS FOR CUSTOMER COLLECT WILL BE PROVIDED WITH ORDER CONFIRMATION.
Note: The impacts of COVID-19 are causing significant delays with parcel delivery times. Please review the Australia Post website for any updates or important notices.
Once orders have left our warehouse we have no control over delivery, we provide tracking number via the Australia Post website. If in the rare event that your order is delayed/missing in the post it is best to contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number so they can follow this up further.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
JD Printz asks that you ensure the address provided in the checkout process and in the confirmation are correct. If the address is incorrect or the customer wishes to change the delivery address, JD Printz may offer an address change request for the order. All address changes must be submitted and confirmed prior to the shipping of the order. If the request is submitted after the order has been shipped, JD Printz takes no responsibility for any orders delivered to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
LOST PARCELS
JD Printz do not offer refunds if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the order is returned to the sender, we will again charge the customer the initial shipping costs. If items are lost in transit a full refund will be considered after contacting the shipping company.
